It's 2019

I've been at pretty much the same weight 6 years ago.  Great job 😂

Went through some traumatic stuff late last year/ early this year and i went binge crazy.  Didn't think at all what i was consuming. Snacked all the time.

Just this morning,  my mom checked my blood sugar level and it was 13. I don't want to go there. I have to make changes,  and fast.

I still have 16 days left to fast before Ramadhan comes again this year.  I would have to do it while also on a diet. Wish me luck.

And, how stupid is it that my crush who was not really talking to me for months suddenly replied my text and asked me out for lunch?  Why now? When i feel I'm on a decline. I prob look worse than when he saw me last. Another great job 😑

Oh well,  life happens, I'd rather see him tomorrow than not see him.
