Hihi! I'm just opening this blog to share with whoever wants to read, my transformation journey :)
For the first order of business, I'm doing a master cleanse! Today (1/10/2013) is day 1 of this journey~ So, a little about what master cleanse is about...

So, this morning I weighted myself, my starting weight is 86kg. Hopefully I won't have to see that big number anymore. All downhill of numbers from here~
If you all have read the website about Master Cleanse, here I'd like to share some info to make the process easier for any of you who wants to try this cleanse too~
First of all, ingredients, and how to find them here in Malaysia.
For Maple Syrup, I found mine in Cold Storage in Alamanda, although I think you can find them at any other Cold Storage in the country~ Here's a pic... it's RM29.90
Cayenne Pepper: I'm sure this can be found at almost any supermarket. I bought it at Cold Storage too, grab everything in one place seems like the logical thing to do~
Sea Salt: This also I bought in Cold Storage, it's RM9~ Make sure you're buying the uniodized sea salt or your sea salt flush won't work :)
Some lemons~ any supermarket should have it~
A fruit juicer, any that works is fine. I bought these at D.I.Y for under RM5. Couldn't remember the exact price.

Next, the timing to do this should be when you're fairly free of any obligations. Festivities and holidays are no good too coz you would have to be with family and I don't think everyone would understand your need to not eat and drink lemonade with maple syrup n cayenne pepper all day :P anyway, I'm doing this now, which is right after my final exams (I'm still a student) during the holidays, but I'm not at home with parents. Picking the right timing is so crucial in your success, you won't want to fall off the wagon and not be able to finish this through. Anyway, I'm off to get some shut eye. Experiencing some headache now, sleeping through it is usually the best option. I get headache fairly often and usually when I've been staring at my PC screen most of the day, so no worries, this is not a side effect of the diet. Although if you were a caffeine dependant person, a headache might be a side effect while going through this cleanse as you will also be going through caffeine withdrawal.
